Ruling by ITC judge says Xbox should see ban in US too screenshot

Last month, the Administrative Law Judge David Shaw United States International Trade Commission decided that the Xbox was in violation of four Motorola patents related to technology H.264 video compression codec . It was not a final decision until Monday, where it is recommended that the Xbox 360 should see sales and a ban on imports to the United States, similar to the stop in Germany (Motorola again asked to act on a ban not because of the decision being here in the U.S.).

From there, the matter will now six people on the board of ICC commissions when a decision must be made by August 23 on whether to change the sentence or let him go to the Obama administration. President Obama then a review period of 60 days to either sign-off, or reverse the decision.
